In principle, it's not necessary. We only recommend this option to customers who work with a restrictive ISP, contrary to habitual policies about register change or which offer to park your domain and no accommodation contract.

When a customer contracts Editio Software hosting and wants to keep his/her current register, the usual thing is to put Editio Software in contact with ISP technicians. All the questions are solved without necessity of customer technical intermediation.

All guarantees. Editio Software doesn't offer domains register directly. It contracts a prestige international register authorized by ICANN, which offers security and avoid fraud: unsolicited title changes, domains theft, etc.

The company contracted by Editio Software complies with a strict methodology about relocations which asks the holder for his/her written authorization, so it avoids the domain holder having problems.

Before contracting Editio Software hosting, we send to the customer a detailed contract with service conditions, prices, and features. When the contract has been formalized, hosting service is set in motion.

It's possible but we need to study it. We're sure we can offer you a better price for the same service quality, but if your company has a dedicated server its technicians can probably install Editio Software products without problems.

Yes. Editio Software has some agreements with service providers that provide excellent provisions for hardware, security and connection. This fact makes hosting solutions fit in with the rate of growth in our customers needs.

Yes, without problems. Editio Software use license of the software lets you install the software in any server providing that it has the domain for which the software product has been licensed.

If one of our customers decides to stop contracting Editio Software hosting service, we'll give him a software licensing copy and stored data in digital format. The customer will have to decide if he/she wants Editio Software technicians to reinstall the software copy and stored data in equipment or if he/she prefers being helped by his/her own technicians or the new ISP technicians.

Yes. Probably some of the programs that the customer wants to install have already been installed by Editio Software, although we don't mind installing software from others providing that they don't put server security at risk, according to the contract. Restriction is for those cases of flagrant crime: pirate software, hacking software, spammers, etc.

The customer has full access to FTP domain and, if necessary, via SSH. Besides, an advanced control panel that automated all processes is used for most of the usual actions: to create an email account, to change sub domains, etc.
